The facility, Lone Willow Farms, is located just north and west of Lebanon, Tennessee

 

 

 

q       Southern STARRS is located at 4050 Cairo Bend Road, Lebanon, Tennessee. 

q       From Lebanon, you can go West on Coles Ferry to Cairo Bend, and then right 7/10 of a mile to the facility. 

q       From Nashville, East on I40 to the Gallatin exit, right on Hwy. 70, left on Cairo Bend approx 4 miles, right on Coles Ferry, then immediately left again onto Cairo Bend, then 7/10 of a mile to the facility.

q       From Gallatin, South on Hwy. 109 past LaGuardo, left on Academy Rd, approx 4 miles to Cairo Bend, then left, 7/10 of a mile to the facility.
